Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Purchase

Submitting a payment or commitment through this app is an offer to purchase the selected unit or investment, subject to admin verification. A unit is only considered locked, and an investment only counted, once Bezalel Estate Management Limited confirms the associated payment.

2. Installment Plans

Installment plans require a deposit to lock a unit, with the balance paid monthly over the selected duration. Missed installments may result in the unit being released back to available inventory at Bezalel's discretion, after reasonable notice to the client.

3. Ownership / Documentation Fee

A one-time ownership/documentation fee applies at the point of deposit, covering title processing and administrative costs. This fee is separate from the unit price and is non-refundable once processing begins.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by payment stage and are handled case-by-case with the admin team. Contact Bezalel Estate Management directly to discuss a specific order or investment before assuming a refund applies.

5. Title & Documentation

Title status for each project is disclosed on its detail page. Buyers are encouraged to confirm current documentation status with the admin team before completing a purchase.

6. Investment Pools

Investment pool commitments are informational projections, not guaranteed returns. Projected yield and tenor figures are estimates; actual returns depend on project performance.
