How do I verify my account (KYC)?
Individual agents verify with a Bank Verification Number (BVN); corporate agents verify with their CAC registration number and company name. Clients and investors upload a government ID and proof of address, which an admin reviews.
How do I reset my password or sign-in method?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen, or sign in with Google/Apple/Facebook if you originally registered that way.
Where do I check my payment or investment status?
Open the app and go to your profile or portfolio tab — payment and KYC status update there once an admin confirms them.
